4 days a week, 7:40 AM - 5:00 PM

The role requires travel, and employees should be adaptable to work in both Lexington and Georgetown, KY locations.

• Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in, and answer any questions they may have.
• Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the calendar, and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, emails, and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Billing and Payments: Process payments, handle insurance claims, and assist patients with billing inquiries.
• Office Coordination: Support the clinical team with administrative tasks and ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Your ability to connect with patients and team members is crucial.
• Experience Preferred: Previous experience in dental or orthodontic offices is a plus, but not required.
• Team Player: We value collaboration and a positive attitude.
