Position: Scheduling Specialist
Location: Flexibility to work at all locations is a requirement (Chesterfield County)
Schedule: Full-Time (4-5 days/week)
Compensation: $15 - $24/hr. (Experience-Based)

As our Scheduling Specialist, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our bustling practice. Here are your key responsibilities:

• Appointment Management:

  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments promptly.
  • Confirming patient appointments to maintain an organized calendar.

• Patient Interaction:

  • Greeting Patients: Whether in person or over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Answering Questions: Providing basic information about medical tests and procedures.
  • Instructions: Guiding patients on preparation for examinations.

• Administrative Tasks:

  • Courteously handling incoming telephone calls and taking messages.
  • Managing referral appointments and follow-ups.
