GLO Orthodontics is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Lexington, KY, and Georgetown, KY (travel between locations required).

• Build financial sliders to discuss with patients
• Provide instructions to patients to ensure that they are prepared for examinations and procedures.
• Submit insurance claims
• Call and text patients 
• Complete follow up appointments

Ideal applicants should be energetic, able to communicate effectively with parents and patients and have some ortho/dental experience.

• Education- High School diploma/GED
• Post high school education is advantageous.
  
• X-Ray certification is a bonus!
• 1-5 years of experience (preferred)
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
• Good telephone etiquette and professionalism.
