Position Details:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm (No weekends!)
  • Starting Wage: $17+ per hour (based on experience)

A Day In the Life Of

As our Receptionist and Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of our practice. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Greet Patients: Warmly welcome patients as they arrive at our clinic.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments via phone, text, and email.
  • Specialist Referrals: Manage and organize specialist referrals for our patients.
  • Basic Accounting Tasks: Handle patient payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective Communicator: Interact professionally with patients and team members.
  • Computer Proficiency: Navigate scheduling software and other relevant tools.
  • Quick Learner: Adapt to new processes and procedures.

What You'll Bring To The Table

Who We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is:

  • 🤝 Cooperative and communicative
  • 🦷 Experienced in dental office operations (preferred but not required)
  • 🎓 Educated with a high school diploma/GED or higher (Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 🏅 Certified in CPR
