Position: Full-Time Patient Coordinator
Location: Richmond, KY
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM; Some Fridays, 8 AM - 2 PM
Pay: $17-19 per hour (based on experience)

Your Daily Adventure:

• Greet and Check-in/Check-out patients with a smile
• Keep patient paperwork up to date and organized
• Answer phones, check voicemails, and return calls promptly
• Collect patient dues with accuracy
• Verify insurances and handle prior authorizations
• Confirm daily schedules to ensure smooth operations

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• A team player who can also work independently
• Confident, hardworking, and proactive
• Organized, responsible, honest, and trustworthy
