🦷 About the Role: Treatment Coordinator

The Treatment Coordinator is the bridge between clinical diagnosis and patient commitment — part educator, part financial strategist, and part patient concierge.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their treatment journey.

What You’ll Do

• Guide patients through treatment recommendations after their exam
• Break down clinical information into clear, approachable explanations
• Present accurate financial estimates, explain insurance coverage, and set up payment plans
• Collaborate with the insurance coordinator to verify benefits & obtain pre‑authorizations
• Follow up on outstanding treatment plans to keep schedules full and patients on track
• Assist with general front office responsibilities, including patient scheduling, coordinating appointments, and supporting smooth daily operations as needed
• Serve as the go‑to patient advocate, answering questions and supporting their experience

Required Experience: 1–2 years
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Skills/Certifications: Dental knowledge and/or coronal polishing or X‑ray certification is a plus (not required)
