Temporary Scheduling Coordinator at Pioneer Pediatric Dentistry

Monday - Thursday, 7:45am-5pm | Temporary Position in Winchester, KY (Ending October 1st)

Pioneer Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Temporary Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! This position plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients and families while helping keep the office running smoothly.

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling needs
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Greet patients and families with excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate patient information and records
• Assist with general front office and administrative duties
• Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and team members

• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Experience with dental software is a plus
