A Day In the Life Of

What You'll Do

As an important part of our front office team, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every patient and family by:

  • Greeting patients and families with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering phones with a friendly, compassionate attitude
  • Scheduling appointments and helping keep the day running smoothly
  • Verifying insurance benefits and coverage
  • Processing patient payments accurately
  • Assisting with billing-related tasks
  • Managing insurance authorizations
  • Supporting the team in delivering exceptional patient care and service
