Immediate Opening: Patient Relations

4 days a week, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics in Nicholasville, KY is looking for a Patient Relations to join our upbeat, patient-focused team. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to grow in a healthcare setting, you can make a difference every day.

 

 Schedule:

  • 4 days a week
  • 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • No nights or weekends!
  • Travel required (between Nicholasville and Danville)

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients with a warm and friendly smile
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions
  • Verify insurance information
  • Maintain patient records and office organization
  • Help create an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our door

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus
