Patient Relations Coordinator (Front Desk)

Winchester, Paris & Mt. Sterling, KY

Starting at $17 hr

We are seeking a team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from their very first interaction.

A Day In the Life Of

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and families with professionalism and positivity
  • Check patients in and verify insurance and demographic information
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule consultations and maintain appointment schedules
  • Confirm appointments and manage reminders
  • Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
  • Update and maintain patient records
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Assist with emergency appointments and schedule adjustments
  • Support patient follow-up and recall efforts
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and HIPAA requirements
  • Help create an outstanding patient experience that encourages treatment acceptance and retention

 

What You'll Bring To The Table

What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service, administrative, healthcare, dental, or front office role. 

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Financial and administrative aptitude

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
