Smile Revival is looking for a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Lead Dental Assistant to help launch and grow our brand-new denture clinic in Berea, Kentucky. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the provider from the ground up, helping establish clinical workflows, deliver exceptional patient care, and create an outstanding patient experience from day one.

A Day In the Life Of

 

As a Full-Time Lead Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in both clinical support and patient experience. You’ll work closely with the provider and team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality care.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the provider chairside during procedures
  • Take dental X-rays and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
  • Support patient flow, comfort, and education
  • Assist with documentation and clinical charting
  • Collaborate with the front office and clinical team to ensure smooth operations
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate car
  • Assist with training and mentoring future team members as the practice grow
  • Help establish systems, processes, and a positive office culture

 

 

 

What You'll Bring To The Table

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced Dental Assistant with a strong clinical background
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable
  • Experience with dentures, extractions, oral surgery, or prosthodontics preferred
  • Passion for helping patients restore their smiles and confidence

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Active X-ray certification (required)
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of dental assisting experience
  • EDDA certification
  • Coronal Polishing, Expanded Duties, and CPR certifications
